Do you already have a Google Play Console account and an Apple Developer account for TappThat? If not, could you create them, or I can walk you through it. They'll be registered in your name so you keep full ownership and control, and you'd just add me as a team member so I can submit updates for you.
The accounts should belong to you, not me, so the app stays yours no matter who works on it. Apple charges $99 per year and Google charges a one-time $25 fee, both paid by the account owner.
